How long does shipping take?
All orders typically take between 2-5 business days for processing before being dispatched.
Transit times vary based upon the following conditions:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international shipment
Note: All orders placed on or before October 3rd are estimated to ship by October 24th.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors:
- Domestic vs. International
- Total weight of the package
- Selected shipping method
To see how much shipping will be, build a cart and your shipping cost will be calculated before checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?
To make changes to your order please email us at shop@campmccarty.com. We begin processing orders shortly after receipt. For this reason, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once it’s submitted. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your order by mail.
Where is my order?
Upon your order being fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number associated with your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update. If you find that your tracking has not updated within an appropriate time frame, please feel free to reach out to our support team with any questions. Please include your order number and email associated.
I entered the incorrect address; what do I do?
Please contact us right away emailing us at shop@campmccarty.com. We begin processing orders right away but may be able to change the address if caught soon enough.
How do I make a return?
Please email us at shop@campmccarty.com to begin the return process. We do not currently accept returns for international orders.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of order shipped date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. We do not offer returns on perishable goods.
